Who We Are
Established in 1978, Tynechem is a long-standing wholesale distributor based in the North East of England, supplying pharmacies, medical centres, NHS centres and wholesalers across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
In Spring 2026, Tynechem became part of Arelle Products Limited, a trusted B2B supplier of incontinence products to pharmacies, mobility shops, healthcare retailers and care providers across the UK. This brings together Tynechem’s specialist knowledge in pharmaceutical packaging and healthcare sundries with Arelle’s established experience in continence care product supply.
With over 45 years’ experience, Tynechem continues to provide a wide range of packaging, healthcare and beauty-related products designed to help customers reduce costs, improve choice and maximise sales opportunities. Our product ranges include well-known and exclusive brands such as Ecopack, Unopac, Medopac, Finesse, Tequilla and Myhealth®, all available through our online shop.
